Digital Adoption Programs

Digital adoption has accelerated in the last two years and the majority of travellers are now researching and booking their trips online. To be competitive, tourism operators need to have a strong online presence and offer the services customers expect, like online booking.

Since 2020, Tourism Nova Scotia has been working with Digital Nova Scotia to offer programming to help tourism businesses and organizations improve their digital marketing and online presence. See the links below to access the programs and services available to help you with website development and enhancement, search engine optimization, social media strategy and content, digital marketing, and more!

On March 2, 2022, the Province announced an additional $1 million to help tourism operators and event managers with digital adoption. This funding will be used to extend programs Tourism Nova Scotia offers in partnership with Digital Nova Scotia, which will be listed on this page and shared through the inTouch industry newsletter.
